  • Damaged Product: If the item arrives damaged, customers can initiate a return.

  • Wrong Product Received: If the wrong product (e.g., different model, size, or variant) is received.

To help us verify and process these issues quickly, we recommend sharing an unpacking video clearly showing the sealed package and full unboxing process. This helps support your claim and speeds up resolution.

Unpacking Video Recommendation

For claims related to damaged or incorrect items, we strongly recommend providing an unpacking video. This video should clearly show:

  • The unopened outer packaging

  • The unboxing process

  • The condition of the received product

This video serves as supporting evidence to help us verify your claim and process it efficiently.

Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Signs of Usage or Wear: Jewellery that appears used, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return or replacement.

  • Minor Colour Variations: Slight color differences caused by lighting or display settings are not considered defects. However, if the product significantly differs from the website description, you may still raise a return request.

  • Missing Packaging/Tags: Returned items must include all original tags, boxes, pouches, and packaging materials.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to us via WhatsApp or phone within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order details and reason for the return.

  2. Submit Unpacking Video (Optional but Recommended): Share the video via our website upload form or a cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox).

  3. Verification and Approval: Our team will review the return request and video (if provided). If eligible, we will approve the return.

  4. Return Shipping: Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or incorrect product.

  5. Refund or Replacement: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement as per your preference.

Refund or Replacement Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Buyer’s Responsibility

If you are returning a product for personal reasons (such as change of mind), return shipping fees will be borne by the buyer. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Important Note

Items purchased online cannot be returned at our retail stores, and likewise, purchases made in-store cannot be returned via our website.
